By accepting these terms, you authorize the parking operator to act on behalf of your business for the purposes of parking enforcement at your designated location(s).
Authorization Scope:
- Receive and process parking violation evidence submitted via DIY enforcement system
- Issue parking violation notices to unauthorized vehicles on your property
- Manage enforcement actions in accordance with local parking regulations
- Collect and process payment for parking violations
Your Responsibilities:
- Ensure signage is clearly displayed at the location
- Provide accurate location and business information
- Notify the operator of any changes to enforcement requirements
- Authorize staff members to submit enforcement evidence
Data & Privacy:
- All submitted photos and data are securely stored and processed
- Vehicle information is used solely for enforcement purposes
- Your business information remains confidential
Note: You can revoke this authorization at any time by contacting the parking operator.
